dc.description.abstract	The study aimed at exploring and assessing the ways of public transactions governance in the light of the Algerian Act no. (06-01) relating corruption prevention and protection . The study used the descriptive analytic methodology to reach the targets in question. To gather the required data, a review of literature was administered. The study came to the finding that in spite of the importance of the ways of public transactions governance stated by the Algerian Act no. (06-01) relating corruption prevention and protection, they are not sufficient to overcome public transactions financial and administrative corruption	en_US
