Abstract

تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى تأثير المسؤولية الاجتماعية على التميز التنظيمي من خلال دراسة ميدانية في المديرية العملياتية لمؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر ورقلة ، اعتمدنا في الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي و استخدامنا كل من الإستبيان و المقابلة كأدوات لجمع المعلومات، ، تم توزيع60 استبيان على الموظفين بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة، و قد تم تحليل النتائج بالاعتماد على برنامج SPSS بالإضافة الى مجموعة من الأدوات والأساليب الإحصائية، توصلت الدراسة الى مجموعة من النتائج اهمها: 1-تلتزم المؤسسة بتطبيق ابعاد المسؤولية الاجتماعية بمستوى مرتفع ؛ 2- يوجد مستوى مرتفع من التميز التنظيمي لدى الموظفين الإداريين لمؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر ورقلة؛ 3-هناك علاقة طردية متوسطة بين المسؤولية الاجتماعية والتميز التنظيمي في المؤسسة محل الدراسة؛ 4-هناك تأثير إيجابي لتطبيق المسؤولية الاجتماعية على التميز التنظيمي في المؤسسة محل الدراسة.
