دور المقاولة النسوية في تمكين المرأة في الجزائر The role of women's entrepreneurship in the empowerment of women in Algeria

Abstract

نهدف من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل مساهمة المقاولة النسوية في تمكين المرأة في الجزائر، حيث قمنا بدراسة ميدانية لعينة من النساء المقاولات في مدينة ورقلة، عددهم 50 امرأة مقاولة، تم جمع البيانات باعتماد أداة الاستبيان، وتمت معالجته باستخدام برنامج spss v26، حيث توصلنا إلى النتائج التالية: تملك النساء المقاولات بولاية ورقلة شخصية المرأة المقاولة، لم تستطع النساء المقاولات في ولاية ورقلة تحقيق تمكين قوي بسبب عدم تحقيق تمكين سياسي وقصور في التمكين الاجتماعي، تتمتع النساء المقاولات في ولاية ورقلة بتمكين شخصي قوي وتمكين اقتصادي ملموس، ساهمت النساء المقاولات اللاتي تميزن بالكفاءات التسييرية والوظيفية في ولاية ورقلة بشكل كبير في مستوى التمكين المحقق لهن Through this study, we aim to analyze the contribution of women's entrepreneurship to the empowerment of women in Algeria. We conducted a field study of a sample of 50 women entrepreneurs in the city of Ouargla. The data were collected by adopting the questionnaire tool and processed using spss v26. This study found that; women entrepreneurs in the city of Ouargla own the personality of women entrepreneurs, Women entrepreneurs in the city of Ouargla could not achieve strong empowerment due to lack of political empowerment and poor social empowerment, Women entrepreneurs achieve strong personal empowerment and Perceptible Economic Empowerment, Women entrepreneurs with managerial and functional competencies contributed significantly to their level of empowerment
