علاقة الرقمنة بالأداء الوظيفي لدى أساتذة كلية العلوم الانسانية والاجتماعية بجامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة العلاقة بين الرقمنة والأداء الوظيفي لدى أساتذة كلية العلوم الانسانية والاجتماعية بجامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلةومعرفة طبيعة هذه العلاقة ومستوى استخدام الرقمنة والأداء الوظيفي لدى أساتذة الكلية، هل تساهم الرقمنة في تحسين علاقة الأستاذ بالطالب؟ وهل لها دور في النشاط التعليمي للأستاذ؟ هل تساهم الرقمنة في النشاط البحثي للأستاذ؟ ، حيث طبقت الدراسة على عينة من أساتذة كلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية بجامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة البالغ عددهم (100) أستاذ تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية، متبعين المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي وهو المنهج المناسب لهذه الدراسة، وطبقنا أداتين لجمع المعلومات وهما أداة في الرقمنة وأداة في الأداء الوظيفي، وقد تم اختبار الفرضيات باستخدام برنامج(spss25 )، حيث توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى: • توجد علاقة ارتباطية موجبة ضعيفة ذات دلالة احصائية بين الرقمنة والأداء الوظيفي. • ارتفاع في مستوى استخدام الرقمنة لدى الأساتذة. • مستوى عال من الأداء لدى أساتذة كلية العلوم الانسانية والاجتماعية بجامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة. • تساهم الرقمنة في تحسين علاقة الأستاذ بالطالب. • للرقمنة دور في النشاط التعليمي للأستاذ. • تساهم الرقمنة في النشاط البحثي للأستاذ.

This study aimed to realize the level of use of digitization, the level of job performance and the relationship between them among professors of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at Kasdi-Merbah University, Ouargla in addition to know the nature of this relationship, if digitization contribute to improving the relationship between the professor and the studentand if there is a role in the professor’s educational activity. Finally, does digitization contribute to the professor’s research activity? The study was applied to a sample of (100) professors of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of Kasdi-MerbahOuargla, who were chosen randomly, following the descriptive, correlational approach, which is the appropriate approach for this study. We applied two tools to collect information, which are a tool in digitization and a tool in job performance. The hypotheses were tested using the (SPSS25) program, and the results of the study reached: * There is a weak positive correlation with statistical significance between digitization and job performance. * An increase in the level of use of digitization among professors. * A high level of performance among professors of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of Kasdi-MerbahOuargla. * Digitization contributes to improving the professor-student relationship. * Digitization has a role in the educational activity of the professor. * Digitization contributes to the professor’s research activity.
