درجة معرفة مربيات رياض الأطفال بمنهج منتسوري دراسة ميدانية على عينة من مربيات رياض الأطفال بمدينة ورقلة

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على درجة معرفة مربيات رياض الأطفال بمنهج منتسوري بمدينة ورقلة. طبقت الدراسة على عينة من مربيات رياض الأطفال المعتمدة، حيث بلغ قوامها (90) مربية. ولقد اعتمدت الدراسة في تحقيق أهدافها على المنهج الوصفي بنمطه الاستكشافي، أما لجمع البيانات فلقد استخدمت اختبار مكون من سبعة أبعاد تم تصميمه من طرف الباحثة بالاعتماد على التراث النظري. كما وتمت المعالجة الإحصائية للبيانات باستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية: الربيعيات (التكرارات), ,إختبار (T Test) لعينتين غير متجانستين مستقلتين ,إختبار التحليل التبايني الأحادي (ANOVA), إستخدام برنامج SPSS اصدار 27. قد أظهرت النتائج الآتية: 1- درجة معرفة مربيات رياض الأطفال بأبعاد منهج منتسوري مرتفعة جدا. 2- توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة معرفة مربيات الأطفال بأبعاد منهج منتسوري. 3- لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة معرفة مربيات الأطفال بمنهج منتسوري تعزى للأقدمية. 4- لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة معرفة مربيات الأطفال بمنهج منتسوري تعزى للمؤهل العلمي. 5- توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة معرفة مربيات الأطفال بمنهج منتسوري تعزى لطبيعة التكوين. نوقشت هذه النتائج في ضوء الإطار النظري في ضوء هذه الدراسة.

The current study aimed to identify the level of knowledge kindergarten teachers about the Montessori method in the city of Ouargla. The study was conducted on a sample of certified kindergarten teachers, comprising 90 educators. To achieve its objectives, the study relied on the descriptive exploratory method. Data collection was conducted using a test composed of seven dimensions, designed by the researcher based on theoretical heritage. Statistical data analysis was performed using statistical methods such as quartiles (frequencies), T-Test for two independent non-homogeneous samples, one-way ANOVA, and using SPSS software version 27. The results showed the following: 1. The level of knowledge kindergarten teachers have about the dimensions of the Montessori method is very high. 2. There are statistically significant differences in the level of knowledge kindergarten teachers about the dimensions of the Montessori method. 3. There are no statistically significant differences in the level of knowledge kindergarten teachers about the Montessori method attributed to seniority. 4. There are no statistically significant differences in the level of knowledge kindergarten teachers about the Montessori method attributed to academic qualification. 5. There are statistically significant differences in the level of knowledge kindergarten teachers about the Montessori method attributed to the nature of the training. These results were discussed in light of the theoretical framework in light of this study.
