Abstract

الخلفية : تناولت الدراسة الحالية بعض الخصائص النفسية التي يتسم بها المريض المصاب بالعجز الكلوي المزمن الخاضع للتصفية . الهدف : تهدف الدراسة الى التعرف على بعض الخصائص النفسية للمريض المصاببالعجز الكلوي المزمن الخاضع للتصفية، المنهج :استخدمت الدراسة المنهج العيادي القائم على دراسة الحالة على4 حالات،وتم جمع البيانات من خلال المقابلةالعياديةنصف الموجهة ،اختبار رسم الشخص واختبار الشخصية متعدد الاوجه(MMPI) . النتائج : توصلت نتائج الدراسة الى أن المريض المصاب بالعجز الكلوي المزمن الخاضع للتصفية يتميز ببعض الخصائص ذات نمط ذهاني ذو اعراض فصامية (الفصام، والوهن النفسي )، وأخرى ذات نمط عصابي ( توهم المرض، الهستيريا ). توصلنا في الاخير الى انه يمكننا القول ان لمرض العجز الكلوي المزمن تأثير كبير على الحالة النفسية للمريض بالدرجة الاولى و على من حوله

The current study examined some of the psychological characteristics that characterize a patient with chronic renal insufficiency undergoing dialysis.

Objective: The study aims to identify some psychological characteristics of a patient with chronic renal insufficiency who is undergoing dialysis

Method: The study used a clinical approach based on a case study on 4 cases, and data was collected through a semi-directed clinical interview, a person drawing test, and a multifaceted personality test (MMPI).

Results: The results of the study concluded that the patient with chronic renal insufficiency undergoing filtration is characterized by some characteristics of a psychotic type with schizophrenic symptoms (schizophrenia and psychoasthenia), and others of a neurotic type (hysteria, hypochondria).

Finally, he concluded that it can be said that chronic kidney failure has a major impact on the psychological state of the patient, primarily, and on those around him.
