Abstract

إن التطور التحقيق القضائي راجع للتطور التكنولوجي الذي شهد ته وسائل الاتصال في العصر الحديث حيث ساعد هذا على ظهور وسائل و أجهزة غير مألوفة وجد متطورة ، ومنه أصبحت تستخدم من طرف رجال الضبظ و التحقيق القضائي في البحث عن الحققة ، وهذا عن طريق التنصت على المكالمات الهاتفية الخاصة و السرية للأشخاص ، بهذف الوصول إلى دليل إثبات يفيد التحقيق في بعض الجرائم الخطيرة ،ويعد هذا الإجراء مستقلا بذاته عن بقية الإجراءات المشابهة له كالتفتيش و ضبظ الرسائل .ر

le développment de l’enquète judiciaire est du au développement technologique observé dans les moyens de communication à l’ére moderne ‘car cela a contribute à l’émergenc de moyens et de dispositifs peu familier et avancés ;à partir desquels ils ont été utilisés par les policiers et les en quééteurs judiciaires dans les recherches .pour la vérité ,et cela en écoutant les appels téléphoniques privés et secrets dsprsonnes .dans le but d ,obtenir des preuves qui bénéficieront à l ,enquété sur certains délits graves, cette procédure est considérée comme in dépendant d,autres procédures similaires ; comme la reccherche et la saisie de lettrs .

The development of judicial investigation is due to the technological development witnessed in the means of communication in the modern era, as this helped in the emergence of unfamiliar And advanced means and devices, and from ther they became used by police officers and judicial investigations in searching for the truth,and this is by eavesdropping on private telephone caaaalls ,and confidentiality of persons ,with the aim of obtaining evidentiary evdenc the will benefit the investigation of some serious crimes. This procedered independent of itself from other similar procedures ,such as searching and seizing messages .
