Universities, Hospitals, companies or any buildings, face a growing problem: wasted electricity. Billions are lost globally each year due to inefficient practices. Leaving lights and AC on in unused rooms is a major culprit. This inefficiency translates to higher costs for electricity bills. This research proposes a solution: an advanced energy management system using ESP32 control units, Firebase cloud services, and a mobile application. The system monitors energy use and environmental conditions, helping to reduce waste and optimize consumption. This data- driven approach can significantly reduce financial losses and contribute to a more sustainable future.en_US
