Abstract

الصندوق الوطني للضمان الاجتماعي، مؤسسة عمومية ذات تسير خاص وتمتع بالشخصية المعنوية والاستقلال المالي، تتكفل بفئة الأجراء، تهدف تحقيق الأمن بأبعاده مكرسة لأحكام ومبادئ دولية المنشأ، ترجمة لما جاء في ميثاق بيفريدج كأول نظرية ضمان اجتماعي متكاملة، بمبدئي توحيد المزا يا و شمولية التغطية، أما الهيكلة الوطنية للصندوق فقد حققت تسهيل الوصول للخدمات رقميا بعصرنة التسيير وتقديم الأداءات بإنشاء نظام الشفاء. و وظيفيا فتركيبة مجلس الإدارة تكرس التوجه الديمقراطي والتسيير الذاتي للمؤسسات. وفضا للنزاعات المحتملة بهدف حفظ حقوق الأطراف، إما وديا أو قضائيا، ومنه فالمشرع، تمكن من تحقيق الريادة عربيا وإفريقيا في مجال الضمان الاجتماعي، من خلال التكوين و العصرنة والتغطية سعيا تحقيقا للفاعلية الاقتصادية.

La Caisse Nationale de Sécurité Sociale est une institution publique à gestion privée, dotée de la personnalité juridique et de l'indépendance financière.
