أثر المعرفة المحاسبية على جودة الممارسات المحاسبية في المؤسسة الإقتصادية

Abstract

نسعى من خلال هذا البحث ان نسلط الضوء على اهمية المعارف والمعلومات المكتسبة في مهنة المحاسبة وتأثيرها على عمل المحاسب، أو بالأحرى جودة الممارسات المحاسبية، وعليه فقد اعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على أسلوب الاستقصاء باستخدام استبيان الذي اعتمدنا فيه غلي تقنية قوقل درايف (Google Drive)، اين قمنا بنشر الرابط للإجابة عليه من طرف عينة من المحاسبين الخاصين ولذى المؤسسات الاقتصادية في الجزائر، ومن ثم تحليل البيانات بواسطة برنامج الحزم الاحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية SPSS V25، والذي اتضح لنا بان جميع افراد العين (المحاسبين) لديهم معرفة وتكوين جيد في مجال لعمل المحاسبي والتي تمكنهم من مزاولة مهنة المحاسبة بشكل احترافي

This research aims to shed light on the importance of the knowledge and information acquired in the accounting profession and its impact on the work of the accountant, or rather, the quality of accounting practices. Accordingly, this study relied on the survey method using a questionnaire that was based on Google Drive technology. The link to the questionnaire was distributed to a sample of accountants working in both private and public sector organizations in Algeria. The data was then analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) V25 software. The results revealed that all respondents (accountants) had good knowledge and training in the field of accounting work, which enabled them to practice the accounting profession professionally.
