Entraînement du glycol avec le gaz déshydraté au complexe de In Salah

Abstract

Notre étude a été effectuée au complexe de Tiguentour à In Salah au niveau de la section de déshydratation du gaz naturel par absorption , nos effort ont été concentré sur le problème de l’entraînement de l’absorbant avec le gaz déshydraté au niveau de contacteur ,nous avons trouvé qu'il s'agissait d'un montant important en terme de quantité et de coût environ 3,36 litre par heur , d’après les calculs et les données fournies par la société. A partir des résultats obtenus on a proposé de changer la méthode et le process de déshydratation au lieu d'utiliser du l’absorbant nous utiliserons les tamis moléculaires, on a proposé cette recommandation pour éliminer complètement le problème de l’entraînement.

Our study was carried out at the Tiguentour complex in In Salah at the level of the natural gas dehydration section by absorption, our efforts were focused on the problem of training the absorbent with the dehydrated gas at the contactor level, we found that it was a significant amount in terms of quantity and cost approximately 3,36 liters per hour, according to the calculations and data given by the company , from the results obtained, we proposed to change the method and dehydration process instead of using the absorbent we use molecular sieves, this recommendation was proposed to eliminate completely the entrainment problem.

أجريت دراستنا في مجمع تقنتور في عين صالح على مستوى قسم تجفيف الغاز الطبيعي بالامتصاص، لقد تركزت جهودنا على مشكلة تسرب المادة الماصة مع الغاز المجفف على مستوى عمود الامتصاص، وجدنا أنها كانت ذات أهمية كبيرة الكمية من حيث الكمية والتكلفة حوالي 3.36 لتر في الساعة، وفقا للحسابات والبيانات المعطاة من قبل الشركة، ومن النتائج التي تم الحصول عليها تم اقتراح تغيير طريقة وعملية التجفيف بدلاً من استخدام المادة الماصة نستخدم الغرابيل الجزيئية، وقد تم اقتراح هذه التوصية للقضاء تماما على مشكلة التسرب
