المساهمة في الدراسة الحرارية الميكانيكية للطوب الترابي وفق عملية الحرق

Abstract

للتقليل من الاستهلاك الكبير للطاقة في المناطق الصحراوية في الجزائر خاصة منطقتي ورقلة وتقرت مع التغيرات المناخية التي تؤثر عليهما, حيث انهما يتمتعا بمناخ حار و جاف صيفا و جاف شتاء ويتمثل هدف هذه الدراسة في الحصول على مستوى من الراحة الحرارية مع خفض استهلاك الطاقة بتكلفة منخفضة لهذا, قمنا بصنع طوب يوفر خصائص حرارية ممتازة وخصائص ميكانيكية مقبولة وذلك باستخدام مواد محلية وهي :الطين من منطقة بلدة عمر ورمل الكثبان من منطقة سيدي خويلد بتغيير نسب الرمل كالاتي:25 %, 30%, 40%, 50%.

To reduce the significant energy consumption in the desert regions of Algeria, particularly in the areas of Ouargla and Touggourt, and with the climatic changes affecting them, as they experience a hot and dry climate in summer and dry in winter, the aim of this study is to achieve a level of thermal comfort while reducing energy consumption at low cost. To this end, we have manufactured bricks offering excellent thermal properties and acceptable mechanical properties using local: clay from the Blidet Amor region and dune sand from the Sidi khouiled area, changing proportions the sand is as follows: 25%, 30%, 40%, 50%.

Pour réduire la consommation d'énergie important dans les régions désertiques d'Algérie, notamment les régions de Ouargla et Touggourt , et avec les changements climatiques qui les affectent, car elles ont un climat chaud et sec en été et sec en hiver, l'objectif de cette étude est d'obtenir un niveau de confort thermique tout en réduisant la consommation d'énergie à faible cout, pour cela nous avons fabriqué des briques offrant d'excellentes propriétés thermiques et des propriétés mécaniques acceptables en utilisant des matériaux locaux: de l'argile de la région de Blidet Amor et du sable de dunes de la région de Sidi khouiled dans des proportions changeantes le sable est le suivantes: 25%, 30%, 40%, 50%.
