دور استخدام أدوات مراقبة التسيير الحديثة في تحسين جودة المعلومات المالية للمؤسسة الاقتصادية دراسة حالة بمديرية التوزيع ورقلة خلال 2023

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور أدوات مراقبة التسيير الحديثة في تحسين جودة المعلومات المالية في مؤسسة توزيع الكهرباء والغاز '' مديرية التوزيع ورقلة'' خلال الفترة الزمنية 2023، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي. كما تم استعمال أداة المقابلة في دراسة الحالة بالإضافة الى استعمال وثائق المؤسسة من قوائم مالية، والاطلاع على الأدوات مراقبة التسيير الحديثة التي يتم استخدامها من طرف المؤسسة (لوحة القيادة، بطاقة الأداء المتوازن)، ولقد تم الوصول الى نتيجة مفادها وجود أثر اجابي على جودة المعلومات المالية

This study aims to highlight the role of modern management control tools in improving the quality of financial information in the Electricity and Gas Distribution Organization Ouargla Distribution Directorate During 2023, and to achieve the objective of the study, the descriptive method was used in thestudy. The interview tool was used in addition to the use of the organization's documents such as financial statements, and access to modern management control tools that are used by the organization (dashboard, balanced scorecard), and the conclusion was reached that there is a positive impact on the quality of financial information
