dc.description.abstractThis paper proposed to develop a model for counseling services to be provided for students, employees, and local communities across Arab countries. This model is based on System Theory which consider every individual as controlling sub- system as a part of larger system such as: Families, university, and local community. Also, the model looks to the each sub-system as growing social units develops in spring loops, in which several counseling needs and problems evolve and differ from individual to another, and from stage to other, starting with the students college entrance through their study levels tell there graduation year, in which several counseling needs and tasks evolved, and required the students to learn several counseling skills that help them to enter job markets. Students, employees, and local communities are the target of this program. To meet there counseling needs, several services, activities, workshops, and programs were suggested through individual and group means based on the various counseling theories. These services will be provided by team of professional counselors. Also, the suggested model involved the materialistic, manpower, and technical needs which are necessary to carry out the modelen_US
