أثر تطبيق نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسة ERP على أداء المؤسسات الاقتصادية دراسة عينة من المؤسسات العاملة في قطاع الصناعة الغذائية بولاية بجاية - الجزائر

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أثر التطبيق و الاستخدام الجيد لنظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسة على أداء مؤسسات الصناعة الغذائية الجزائرية ، من خلال الخصائص العالية للنظام و توفر مختلف متطلبات نجاح عملية التنفيذ ، مست الدراسة سبع مؤسسات بمنطقة بجاية ، خلال الفترة الممتدة من 2022 إلى 2024، لغرض معالجة إشكالية الدراسة تم استخدام المقابلة و توزيع 40 استمارة استبيان ، و شملت الدراسة مسؤولي الوظائف و مدراء المؤسسات المعنية لتوفرهم على المعلومات اللازمة للتقييم ، تمت معالجة الاستبيانات باستخدام برنامج SPSS V25 ، و ذلك باستخدام العديد من الأدوات الإحصائية ، توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها ، وجود علاقة ايجابية ذات اثر إحصائي لاستخدام نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسة على أداء المؤسسات الصناعة الغذائية الجزائرية ، مع ضرورة توفير مختلف عوامل نجاح التطبيق عند تنفيذ النظام داخل المؤسسات محل الدراسة .

This study aims to highlight the impact of the application and good use of the ERP system on the performance of Algerian food industry institutions, through the high characteristics of the system and the availability of various requirements for the success of the implementation process, the study affected seven organizations in the Bejaia region, during the period extending from 2022 to 2024, for the purpose of addressing the issue of the study, the interview was used and the distribution of 40 questionnaires, the study included job officers and managers of the concerned institutions to have the necessary information for evaluation, the questionnaires were processed using SPSS V25 software, using several statistical tools, The study reached a set of results, the most important of which is the existence of a positive and statistically significant relationship between the use of the ERP system on the performance of the Algerian food industry organizations, with the need to provide various factors for the success of the application when implementing the system within the organizations under study.
