Abstract

هدف هذه الورقة البحثية للتطرق الى القيود الواردة على مبدأ حرية التجارة ضمن الإطار القانوني الجزائري، من خلال التحقيق في إشكالية البحث المتمثلة فيما يلي: ما هي القيود التشريعية الواردة على مبدأ حرية التجارة والاستثمار؟ تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في معالجة هاته الإشكالية باعتباره الأكثر ملائمة لإشكالية الدراسة. This research paper aims to explore the constraints placed on the freedom of trade and investment within Algerian legal frameworks. The research problem is framed as follows: What legislative constraints exist regarding the freedom of trade and investment? The descriptive analytical approach was relied upon to address this problem as it is the most appropriate to the problem of the study.
