Abstract

رفت العلاقات التركية العربية تحولا كبيرا وتقاربا لافتا في السنوات الأخيرة لذا جاء تغيرت من خلاله نظرة العالم العربي إلى تركيا بشكل مغاير على ما كانت عليه.وعلى الرغم من محاولات الانفتاح التركي على الوطن العربي سابقا ،إلا أن التحول الأكبر جاء بعد عودة العثمانية الجديدة بقيادة حزب العدالة و التنمية والذي جعل للمنطقة العربية موقع مركزي في رؤيته الجديدة إقليميا ودوليا ، ومثمنا لتلك الخلفية الدينية والحضارية التي تجمع بين تركيا والعرب .لذلك سعت السياسة الخارجية التركية الجديدة إلى تحقيق تقارب استراتيجي تركي عربي وفي كل المجالات خاصة الاقتصادية والسياسية الأمر يتطلب تثمين تلك العلاقات التاريخية والتفكير في بناء إستراتيجية تقارب تكون منسجمة والأهداف والمصالح المسطرة من قبل الطرفين ، وهذا يتطلب توحيد الرؤى حول تلك الاستراتيجيات البينية التي تبنتها الإدارة التركية الجديدة دون أن ننسى تلك الأدوار الإقليمية و الدولية التي تسعى الإدارة التركية إلى الالتزام بها . Turkish-Arab relations have undergone a major shift and a remarkable convergence in recent years, so the Arab world's view of Turkey changed in a way that it used to be. Justice and development, which made the Arab region a central position in its new regional and international vision, and valued the religious and civilizational background that brings together Turkey and the Arabs. Therefore, the new Turkish foreign policy sought to achieve a Turkish-Arab strategic rapprochement in all fields, especially economic and political. This requires valuing those historical relations And thinking about building a strategy of convergence that is consistent with the objectives and interests ruled by the two parties, and this requires unifying the visions about those inter-strategies adopted by the new Turkish administration without forgetting those regional and international roles that the Turkish administration seeks to adhere to.
