الكفاءة المهنية لأستاذ المدرسة الابتدائية وعلاقتها بمعايير الجودة الشاملة في برامج التكوين أثناء الخدمة دراسةميدانية بمدينة ورقلة

Abstract

سعت هذه الدراسة إلى استكشاف مستويات الكفاءات المهنية لدى أساتذة المدارس الابتدائية في مدينة ورقلة، مستندة إلى معايير الجودة الشاملة في مجالات التدريس، وذلك من خلال بعض المتغيرات، لتحقيق هذا الهدف، استخدم المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث تم اختيار عينة عشوائية مكونة من 229 أستاذًا وأستاذة موزعين على أربع مناطق بيداغوجية،وقمنا بتطبيق شبكة ملاحظة لتقييم أداء الأساتذة، واستخدم برنامج (SPSS) لمعالجة البيانات إحصائيًاو المساعدة على تحليلها. أظهرت النتائج وجود مستوى متوسط من الكفاءة المهنية لدى الأساتذة، وتوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعود لمتغيري الخبرة ونوع المؤهل، بينما لم تُظهر الدراسة فروقًا واضحة بناءً على الجنس، وبناءً على هذه النتائج، تم اقتراح دراسات مستقبلية وحلول للتحديات التربوية المرتبطة بالموضوع.

This study seeks to investigate the levels of professional competence among elementary school teachers in the city of Ouargla, based on comprehensive quality standards across various teaching domains, considering certain variables. To achieve this goal, a descriptive analytical approach was employed, selecting a random sample of 229 teachers distributed across four pedagogical districts. An observation checklist was developed to assess teachers' performance, and the data were analyzed using the SPSS software. The findings revealed an average level of professional competence among the teachers, with significant differences attributed to experience and qualification type, while no significant differences were found based on gender. Based on these results, suggestions for future studies and solutions to educational challenges related to the topic were proposed.
