Abstract

لقد تمكنت تكنولوجيا الإعلام و الاتصال اليوم من التوغل في الحياة اليومية للأفراد، فلم تقتصر على الجوانب الاجتماعية و الاقتصادية بل تعدى ذلك إلى استخدامها في التعليم لكن لتطبيقها يجب أولا فهمها والإحاطة بها ولمعرفة أهم أسباب نجاحها لذلك جاءت هذه الدراسة "بعنوان:واقع التعليم عن بعد في مؤسسات التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي من جهة نظر عينة من أساتذة المدرسة العليا للأساتذة ورقلة"، ولتحديد المشكلة طرحنا التساؤل الرئيسي التالي: ما هو واقع التعليم عن بعد في مؤسسات التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي،وتندرج تحته 03 أسئلة فرعية كانت كالتالي:01- ما هي خصائص التعليم عن بعد في مؤسسات التعليم العالي من وجهة نظر أساتذة المدرسة العليا للأساتذة بورقلة؟ 02 -هل يتوفر الجانب التقني للتعليم عن بعد في مؤسسات التعليم العالي من وجهة نظر أساتذة المدرسة العليا للأساتذة بورقلة ؟،3- ما هي معيقات التعليم عن بعد في مؤسسات التعليم العالي من وجهة نظر أساتذة المدرسة العليا للأساتذة بورقلة ؟ اعتمادنا في ذلك على مجموعة من الإجراءات المنهجية متمثلة في المنهج الكيفي، أدوات جمع البيانات المقابلة والملاحظة، حيث قدرت عينة البحث ب10 أساتذة يدرسون عن بعد، وتوصلنا إلى النتائج التالية:- أن التعليم عن بعد في مؤسسات التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي (المدرسة العليا للأساتذة –ورقلة) من وجة نظر عينة أساتذة الوحدات الأفقية واستكشافية- قد تكون استطاعت تجاوز بعض المعيقات المادية والتقنية، التي من شأنها جعل التعليم الإلكتروني أكثر فعالية في الفضاء الرقمي، لكن مشكل ضعف تدفق الانترنت ونقص تفاعل الطلبة في المنصات يعتبر أهم النقاط التي تستوجب إجراء دراسات سوسيولوجية عميقة تبحث عن الأسباب الحقيقة لعزوف الطلبة عن التعليم عن بعد.

Today, information and communication technology has been able to penetrate the daily lives of individuals. It is not limited to the social and economic aspects, but rather extends to its use in education, but to apply it, it must first be understood; In order to find out the most important reasons for its success, this study came “entitled: The reality of distance education in institutions of higher education and scientific research from the point of view of a sample of professors from the Normal School of Ouargla.” To define the problem, we posed the following main question: What is the reality of distance education in institutions of higher education and scientific research? Under it are 03 sub-questions that were as follows: 01- What are the characteristics of distance education in institutions of higher education from the point of view of professors at the Higher School of Normal in Ouargla? 02 - Is the technical aspect of distance education available in higher education institutions from the point of view of the professors of the Higher School of Normals in Ouargla? 3- What are the obstacles to distance education in higher education institutions from the point of view of the professors of the Higher School of Normals in Ouargla? In doing so, we relied on a set of methodological procedures represented in the qualitative approach, interview and observation data collection tools, where the research sample was estimated at 10 professors teaching remotely, and we reached the following results: - Distance education in institutions of higher education and scientific research (the Higher School of Normal - Ouargla - from the point of view of the sample of horizontal and exploratory unit professors - may have been able to overcome some of the material and technical obstacles that would make e-learning more effective in the digital space, but the problem of weak internet flow and lack of student interaction on the platforms is considered the most important points that require conducting sociological studies. Deep searches for the real reasons for students’ reluctance to distance education.
