dc.description.abstractThis study aims to explore the concept of artificial intelligence (AI) and its developmental stages, as well as examine its impact on the economies of both developed and developing countries, with a particular focus on its implications for economic development in Algeria. It also highlights the opportunities and risks that Algeria may face in adopting this technology and assesses its level of preparedness. Additionally, the study discusses the effects of AI implementation on the Algerian economy and the factors necessary for its success. Algeria is striving to enhance its digital and technological infrastructure. The findings emphasize the significant gap between developed and developing countries ; however, Algeria’s available financial and human resources could enable it to become a leader in the technological field. To achieve this, it is essential to focus on developing technological infrastructure, promoting scientific research, and digitizing key economic sectors, as AI presents opportunities for economic diversification and increased financial returnsen_US
