| dc.description.abstract | This study aims to identify the role of digital learning in improving job performance among employees at ADES Company, a multinational petroleum services provider operating in Algeria. The research employed a descriptive analytical approach, incorporating a case study design and a questionnaire as the primary data collection tool. The sample consisted of 73 employees from the company's oilfield workshops. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS software.
