Abstract

This study was aimed at identifying the factors leading to the professional pressure and levels of secondary physical and sports education teachers. and to know which of the coping strategies are followed by physical and sports education professors in the face and dealing with professional pressures, according to the focused strategies problem solving, and after strategies focused on emotion. Knowledge of the level of mental and physical health of physical and sports education professors at the secondary level of education in both state and state. This was done by following the comparative causal descriptive curriculum suited to the nature of the subject matter. To this end, the tools of the public health measure and the strategies for dealing with occupational pressures were used after calculating their psychometric characteristics on a sample estimated (80) professor of physical and sports education, selected in a random manner. To analyse the data, statistical packages (SPSS-23) were used and Pearson's coefficient was used. The results of the study showed that there was a moral correlation between occupational stress response and mental and physical health strategies, except in the aftermath of depression, which was not yet compatible with response strategies.
