dc.description.abstractThis work presents the implementation of a cascade PID control system for a level-flow process using Siemens S7-300 PLC. The system is programmed in TIA Portal and simulated in Factory I/O. Cascade control improves response time and stability by using two loops: one for flow (inner) and one for level (outer). Results show better performance than single-loop control.en_US
