التّوجه نحو تبني نُظم الحوسبة السّحابية لـتحسين الأداء المعلوماتي بالمؤسسات الاقتصادية في الجزائر - دراسة حالة: مؤسسة موبيليس المديرية الجهوية بورقلة-

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تشخيص واقع تبني مؤسسة موبيليس – المديرية الجهوية بورقلة – لنظم الحوسبة السحابية، وتحديد مدى انعكاس ذلك على الأداء المعلوماتي. وقد تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي، واستخدام الاستبانة كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات، حيث وُزعت على عينة من موظفي المؤسسة، وتم استرجاع 40 استبانة من أصل 50، وتم تحليلها باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي spss-v30. وقد أسفرت نتائج التحليل عن ما يلي: هناك مستوى مرتفع لاهتمام مؤسسة موبيليس بتحسين أدائها المعلوماتي إلا أنه ليس لها أي توجه لتبني نظم الحوسبة السحابية، وتشير كذلك إلى وجود فجوة بين مستوى الجاهزية التقنية الذي تتمتع به المؤسسة، وبين ضعف التوجه نحو التطبيق العملي للتحول الرقمي، وهذا راجع لنقص الوعي الكافي للمورد البشري بمزايا وتحديات الحوسبة السحابية. وعليه، يُمكن القول إن تبني الحوسبة السحابية لا يزال محدودًا في المؤسسات الجزائرية مقارنة بالدول الأخرى، رغم إدراك أهمية الأداء المعلوماتي في ظل الاقتصاد الرقمي

This study aimed to diagnose the state of cloud computing adoption at Mobilis – Regional Directorate of Ouargla – and to determine the extent to which it affects informational performance. The descriptive method was adopted, and a questionnaire was used as the main tool for data collection. It was distributed to a sample of the company’s employees, with 40 out of 50 questionnaires returned and analyzed using the statistical software SPSS version 30. The analysis yielded the following results: The company shows a high level of interest in enhancing its informational performance, yet without a clear orientation toward adopting cloud computing systems. The results also point to a gap between the company's level of technological readiness and its weak orientation toward the practical implementation of digital transformation. This gap is mainly due to insufficient awareness among human resources of the benefits and challenges of cloud computing. Thus, it can be concluded that cloud computing adoption remains limited in Algerian companies compared to other countries, despite growing awareness of the importance of informational performance in the context of the digital economy.
