دور حاضنات الأعمال الجامعية في دعم المؤسسات الناشئة _ دراسة حالة حاضنة الأعمال الجامعية (ورقلة)_ خلال الفترة 2020-2025

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز الدور الحيوي الذي تضطلع به حاضنات الأعمال الجامعية في تنمية ريادة الأعمال ودعم بروز المؤسسات الناشئة، مع دراسة حالة حاضنة أعمال جامعة ورقلة كنموذج تطبيقي. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتوضيح الأسس النظرية، ودراسة حالة في الجانب الميداني من خلال إجراء مقابلات وتحليل معطيات واقعية. أظهرت النتائج أن حاضنة جامعة ورقلة تسهم بفاعلية في تحفيز الطلبة على الابتكار وتحويل أفكارهم إلى مشاريع قابلة للتطبيق، من خلال توفير بيئة ملائمة وخدمات متنوعة تشمل التكوين، الإرشاد، والدعم التقني والمالي. كما كشفت الدراسة عن وجود بعض العراقيل مثل محدودية التمويل ونقص الخبرات المتخصصة، مما يستدعي تعزيز الشراكات مع الفاعلين الاقتصاديين وتحسين آليات الدعم

This study aims to highlight the vital role played by university business incubators in fostering entrepreneurship and supporting the emergence of startups, focusing on the case of the University of Ouargla Business Incubator as an applied model. The study relied on the descriptive analytical method to clarify the theoretical framework and the inductive approach for the empirical part through interviews and the analysis of real data. The results revealed that the University of Ouargla Incubator effectively contributes to encouraging students to innovate and transform their ideas into feasible projects by providing a supportive environment and diverse services, including training, mentoring, and technical and financial assistance. The study also identified several challenges, such as limited funding and a shortage of specialized expertise, which call for stronger partnerships with economic actors and improved support mechanisms
