دور الصيرفة الإسلامية في تعبئة الموارد المالية وتفعيل النشاط الاقتصادي دراسة حالة النافذة الإسلامية للبنك الوطني الجزائري BNA(وكالة تقرت) خلال الفترة 2021-2023

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور الصيرفة الإسلامية في تعبئة الموارد المالية وتفعيل النشاط الإقتصادي من خلال النوافذ الإسلامية المستحدثة في البنوك العمومية، وقد تم اختيار النافذة الإسلامية للبنك الوطني الجزائري )وكالة تقرت(، كعينة للدراسة على مدى الفترة مابين 2021 و2023، وذلك باستعمال المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في الجانب النظري إضافة إلى منهج دراسة حالة في الجانب التطبيقي، وبالاعتماد على المقابلة والإستبيان كأدوات للدراسة. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن منتجات الصيرفة الإسلامية لدى البنك محل الدراسة تساهم بشكل فعال في تعبئة الموارد المالية، بينما لاتساهم بشكل كاف في تفعيل النشاط الاقتصادي، كما أشارت النتائج إلى نمو وعي عملاء البنك محل الدراسة وإقبالهم على التعامل بمنتجات الصيرفة الإسلامية مما يعزز دورها في تعبئة الموارد المالية وتقعيل النشاط الاقتصادي

The study aimed to highlight the role of Islamic banking in mobilizing financial resources and stimulate economic activity through newly introduced Islamic windows in public banks, especially since Islamic banks are currently a hot topic. Based on this, the Algerian National Bank – Touggourt Branch was selected as a case study. The study employed the descriptive-analytical method for the theoretical aspect, in addition to the case study method for the field research, using relying on interviews and questionnaires opinions on Islamic banking. The study showed that Islamic windows enable the banking system to attract financial resources for development financing, as they meet a public demand consistent with the Algerian individual's cultural values. The study also emphasized the results also indicated a growing awareness among the bank's clients and an increasing interest in using Islamic bankingproducts, which enhances their role in financial resource mobilization and economic activity stimulation.
