Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة الى ابراز الدور الذي تلعبه المؤسسات الناشئة وبراءات الاختراع في مساهمتها بشكل متزايد في دفع عجلة التنمية الاقتصادية، بالنظر الى طبيعة وخصوصية هذه المشاريع من حيث درجة المخاطرة، عدم توفر أصول ملموسة، واعتمادها على الابتكار، يأتي أهمية اختيار مصدر تمويلي أكثر كفاءة، لذلك تم تقديم نموذج أعمال لمنصة تمويل رقمية لدعم بيئة ريادة الأعمال بفعالية، وذلك بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي في الجانب النظري والمنهج التحليلي والتجريبي في الجانب التطبيقي، وقد توصلت الدراسة الى أن انشاء منصة رقمية تربط رواد الأعمال والمستثمرين مع تقديم خدمات استشارية في الجانب المالي والقانوني يعزز من فرص نجاح المشاريع، بالإضافة الى تطوير الاقتصاد المعرفي في الجزائر.

This study aims to highlight the role played by startups and patents in increasingly contributing to driving economic development. Given the nature and specific characteristics of these projects—such as high risk, lack of tangible assets and reliance on innovation— the choice of a more efficient funding source becomes crucial. Therefore, a business model for a digital crowdfunding platform was proposed to effectively support the entrepreneurship ecosystem. The study adopted a descriptive methodology in the theoretical part and analytical and experimental methods in the practical part. The findings indicate that establishing a digital platform that connects entrepreneurs with investors—while also providing financial and legal consulting services—enhances the success potential of projects and contributes to the development of the knowledge economy in Algeria.
