dc.description.abstractThe study aimed to identify the level of soft competencies among students of the Higher School of Teachers in Ouargla, where the exploratory descriptive approach was used to suit the purposes of the study, and (70) students studying in the final sections at all levels and disciplines were randomly selected. To collect the study data, a questionnaire consisting of 6 dimensions (self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, adequacy of relationships responsible decision-making, teamwork) was built and verified for its validity and consistency. The results of the study showed that the level of soft competencies among students The Higher School of Teachers was average, and there were no statistically significant differences in the soft competencies of the students of the Higher School of Teachers due to the difference in educational level and specialization. Through the results of the study and its limitations, we recommended building a training program in order to raise the level of soft competencies of the students of the Higher School of Teachers using the experimental curriculumen_US
