تحضير جسيمات نانوية من مستخلص نباتZygophyllum album.L (العقة) من جنوب شرق الجزائر بطريقة الاستخلاص بالأمواج الفوق الصوتية وتطبيقاتها

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحضير جسيمات (ZnO NPs) باستخدام مستخلص نبات Zygophyllum album.L (العقة)، المستخلص بجهاز الأمواج الفوق الصوتية عالي الكفاءة باستعمال مذيب مائي ويمزج مع محلول يحتوي على أيونات (〖Zn〗^(+2)) فكان لون جسيمات (ZnO NPs) بيضاء ناصعة وبعد الترشيح اكتسبت اللون الأخضر الفاتح من مستخلص النبتة، تم توصيف الجسيمات المحضرة باستخدام تقنيات: FTIR، MEB /EDX، UV، وتم اختبار النشاط المضاد للبكتيريا لجسيمات (ZnO NPs) ضد ثلاث سلاسل بكتيريا فأعطت نتيجة إيجابية مع الأنواع الثلاثة. أظهرت هذه الدراسة إمكانية استخدام نبات Zygophyllum album.L في التصنيع الحيوي لجسيمات (ZnO NPs) بطريقة فعالة وبمنهجية تدعم مبدأ الحفاظ على البيئة.

This study aimed to prepare (ZnO NPs) using Zygophyllum album.L (Al-Aqqa) plant extract, extracted using a high-efficiency ultrasonic device with an aqueous solvent, and mixed with a solution containing zinc ions. The ZnO NPs were white in color and after filtration; they acquired a light green color from the plant extract. The prepared nanoparticles were characterized using UV, EDX/MEB, and FTIR techniques. The antibacterial activity of ZnO NPs wasteste against three bacterial strains, and it showed positive results with all three types. This study demonstrated the possibility of using Zygophyllum album.L plant in the biological synthesis of ZnO NPs in an effective and environmentally friendly manner
