مسح تحليلي وفيتوكيميائي لمستخلصات نبات Ephedra (العلندة) من منطقة جنوب شرق الجزائر وتطبيقاتها

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إجراء مسح تحليلي وفيتوكيميائي شامل لمستخلصات نبات (Ephedra) من جنوب شرق الجزائر من أجل تحديد العناصر النشطة وفعاليتها البيولوجية وتمهيد الطريق أمام اِبتكار منتجات طبيعية مفيدة. ركزنا في هذه الدراسة على اِستخلاص النبات من منطقة تقرت في جنوب شرق الجزائر. تم تحليل المستخلصات المائية والعضوية كيميائيًا باِستخدام HPLC و GC-MS/MS، وتم تحليل الجسيمات النانوية المنتجة باِستخدام EDX/SEM، وتم تحديد أطياف الإمتصاص باِستخدام UV-Vis. أستُخدمت بكتيرياPseudomonas aeruginos, Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli لاِختبار فعالية المستخلصات والمركبات النانوية المضادة للبكتيريا. كانت نتائج هذه الدراسة إيجابية من حيث القيمة الفيتوكيميائية لـ(Ephedra torreyana) مما تفتح آفاقا مستقبلية واعدة

This study aims to conduct a comprehensive analytical and phytochemical survey of Ephedra plant extracts from southeastern Algeria to identify active compounds and evaluate their biological efficacy, paving the way for the innovation of beneficial natural products. We focused on extracting the plant from the Touggourt region in southeastern Algeria. Aqueous and organic extracts were chemically analyzed using HPLC and GC-MS/MS. Produced nanoparticles were characterized using EDX/SEM, and absorption spectra were determined using UV-Vis. Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus, and Escherichia coli bacteria were used to test the antibacterial efficacy of the extracts and nanoconjugates. The results of this study were positive in terms of the phytochemical value of Ephedra torreyana, opening promising future prospects
