The phenomena of "Tanazu" Conflict and "Ishtighal" Functioning are among the most prominent and complex grammatical issues in Arabic, reflecting the depth of the syntactic system in sentence structure and the functional roles of its components. The concept of Functioning refers to the relationship where a verb is linked to a preceding noun through an implicit pronoun or a grammatical tool that clarifies meaning and ensures syntactic cohesion. Conflict, on the other hand, arises when two governing elements precede a single governed element, necessitating the identification of the true governing element through precise grammatical rules to maintain sentence coherence and integrity. This study aims to provide a comprehensive analysis of these two phenomena by integrating theoretical perspectives and practical applications, with a focus on the challenges non-native Arabic speakers face in grasping the associated grammatical concepts. The findings reveal that complex grammatical terminology poses significant difficulties for learners, underscoring the need to simplify explanations through modern teaching methods that blend theory and practice. The study adopts a descriptive-analytical approach, and Results demonstrate that employing practical examples, interactive media, and group activities enhances student comprehension and bridges the gap between theory and application. Based on these findings, the study recommends developing flexible curricula that integrate theoretical explanations with interactive activities, alongside continuous technical support for teachers and learners.en_US
