المعالجة الإعلامية للهوية الثقافية المحلية عبر البرامج الإذاعية دراسة تحليلية لعينة من برنامج روافد الثقافة بإذاعة الجزائر من ورقلة في الفترة الممتدة من 01 جانفي إلى 30 أكتوبر 2024

Abstract

شخصت هذه الدراسة المعالجة الإعلامية لبرنامج "روافد الثقافة" الذي تبثه إذاعة ورقلة الجهوية، باعتباره نموذجًا للبرامج الثقافية المحلية التي تسعى إلى الحفاظ على كل ماهو موروث ثقافي والترويج له. وتمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في محاولة فهم كيف تتناول الإذاعة المواضيع الثقافية داخل هذا البرنامج، ومدى فاعلية هذه المعالجة في تحقيق أهدافها الاتصالية والثقافية. تم تطبيق الدراسة على عينة عشوائية بسيطة مكونة من 04 حلقات تم اختيارها من أصل 12 حلقة تم الحصول عليها من أرشيف الاذاعة، وذلك باستخدام منهج تحليل المضمون، مع الاستناد إلى نظرية البنائية الوظيفية كإطار نظري يوضح دور وسائل الإعلام في بناء الواقع الثقافي وخدمة وظائف المجتمع. أظهرت النتائج أن البرنامج يقدّم محتوى غنيًا يهتم بتعزيز الهوية الثقافية المحلية، ويُسهم في نقل وتثمين التراث، غير أن الدراسة كشفت عن افتقار البرنامج لعنصر التفاعل مع الجمهور وتنوع أكبر في أساليب الطرح، مما قد يُضعف من تأثيره الإعلامي على المدى البعيد. .

This thesis examines the media treatment of the program "Rawafed Al-Thaqafa" broadcast by Radio Ouargla, as a model of local cultural programs aimed at preserving and promoting cultural heritage. The study's main objective is to understand how the program addresses cultural topics and assess the effectiveness of this treatment in achieving its communicative and cultural goals. The study is based on a simple random sample of 4 episodes selected from a total of 12 episodes obtained, using content analysis as the research method. The theoretical framework of the study is based on the Functionalist Structuralism Theory, which explains the role of media in constructing cultural realities and fulfilling societal functions. The findings show that the program provides rich content focused on enhancing local cultural identity and contributes to the preservation and promotion of cultural heritage. However, the treatment lacks audience interaction and could benefit from greater diversity in presentation styles, which may limit its long-term media impact
