Abstract

هدفت الدراسة للتعرف على الاثنوغرافيا الرقمية كمقاربة منهجية وطريقة للبحث لتفسير الظواهر الاتصالية في البيئة الرقمية والمجتمعات الافتراضية، والتي كانت نتاج لانتشار استخدام شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي على نطاق واسع في أغلب دول العالم. تناول البحث مفهوم الاثنوغرافيا وظهورها وتطور استخدامها في بحوث علوم الإعلام والاتصال، وانتقال توظيفها في تفسير الظواهر الاتصالية في المجتمعات الافتراضية التي يتم تشكيلها عبر شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي، مع تحديد منهجية البحث الاثنوغرافي الرقمي وأدواته ومراحله وأهم الانتقادات التي وجهت لاستخدامه في مجال علوم الإعلام والاتصال. الكلمات المفتاحية: اتصال ؛ اثنوغرافيا ؛ اثنوغرافيا رقمية ؛ مجتمعات افتراضية ؛ منهج اثنوغرافي. Abstract: The study aimed to identify digital ethnography as a methodological approach and method of research to explain communication phenomena in the digital environment and virtual communities, which were the result of the widespread use of social media networks in most countries of the world. The study touched on the concept of ethnography, its emergence, the development of its use in media and communication sciences research, and the transition to its use in explaining communicative phenomena in virtual communities that are formed through social media networks, while defining the methodology of digital ethnographic research, its tools and stages, and the most important criticisms directed at its use in the field of media and communication sciences.
