dc.description.abstractThis thesis presents the design and development of an integrated platform for managing quality indicators and their documents in higher education, aimed at enhancing the efficiency of quality assurance processes across university faculties. The platform is built on three fundamental pillars: • • • Quality indicator management (such as success rates, student satisfaction, and employment rates) with the ability to weight them according to the university’s priorities. A centralized system for storing and documenting quality records (such as accreditation reports and meeting minutes) with secure upload, view, and download features. An intelligent dashboard displaying faculty rankings based on performance, allowing quality officers to adjust rankings based on each indicator’s weight. The faculty ranking interface can be made available to prospective students to help them choose the most suitable faculty. The platform was developed to comply with the ISO 9001:2015 standard, with customized user permissions based on roles (such as faculty members or central quality officers). It addresses common challenges in performance evaluation and the lack of task automation tools, helping to streamline quality report preparation by up to 50% and improve data transparency through interactive dashboards. This study provides a scalable, practical model for higher education institutions, particularly in Algeria, along with recommendations for integrating analytical tools and artificial intelligence to enhance the effectiveness of administrative decision-makingen_US
