The Russian-Ukrainian war has intensified the global energy crisis, prompting European countries to implement strategies to compensate for reduced Russian gas supplies. These strategies include rationalizing energy use, diversifying sources, and increasing inventory levels. This study addresses the challenges of high costs and the need for infrastructure, such as liquefaction stations and pipelines, while exploring the European Union's concerns regarding energy diversification policies and alternatives to ensure energy security amid the evolving US-European relations. Utilizing a descriptive analytical method, the study diagnoses Europe's energy security issues and analyzes the foreign policy approaches of EU countries. It concludes that the EU's relationship with the United States during President Trump’s second term significantly contributed to tensions over the Ukrainian crisis and energy concerns, fostering mistrust and heightening anxieties about energy security. Additionally, the EU has opportunities to engage with China given the current geopolitical dynamics and shared interestsen_US
