dc.description.abstractBackground: Chronic kidney failure is a medical condition characterized by the deterioration of kidney function over a long period, which leads to the accumulation of toxins and fluids in the body. Patients with chronic kidney failure suffer from a set of health and psychological challenges, which negatively affects the quality of their lives. Health discipline, which includes adhering to the diet, taking medications, and practicing physical activity, can have a significant impact on improving the quality of life in these patients. Objective: The study aimed to determine the level of the relationship between healthy discipline and the quality of life in patients with chronic renal insufficiency, discovering the relationship by attributing it to some variables (sex, social status, age), and knowing the level of both health discipline and quality of life Method: The number of participants selected in a intentional way reached 68 individuals of chronic renal insufficiency, whose ages ranged between 24 to 89 years. The data were collected using the healthy behavior measure of Ahmed Abdel Majid Samadi, Muhammad Abdul Ghafour Al -Smadi and the quality of life quality, the brief image prepared by the World Health Organization and Arabization (Dr. Bouchra Ismail Ahmed). Results:The results showed that there is no connection between health discipline and the quality of life. And that there are no differences due to the variable (sex, social status, age). When the results showed that the level of both health discipline and the quality of life were high. Conclusion: Health discipline plays a vital role in improving the quality of life in patients with chronic renal palaces. But other factors may play a greater role in improving the quality of life for these patients, and therefore should be taken care of in several aspects in order to improve the aspects of healthy life and the quality of life in general.en_US
