أعراض إضطراب كرب ما بعد الصدمة لدى ضحايا الألغام دراسة عيادية

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أعراض كرب ما بعد الصدمة الأكثر شيوعا لدى ضحايا الألغام، دراسة الجانب السايكولوجي لهذه الفئة، و هذا من خلال الدراسة العيادية المطبقة مع الحالة بإستخدام المقابلة العيادية النصف موجهة بهدف البحث، و مقياسدافيدسونلإضطراب كرب مابعد الصدمة و إختبار تفهم الموضوع و إختبار رسم الشخص. حيث توصلت دراستنا إلى أن المراهق المتعرض للإنفجار لغم يعاني من إضطراب كرب ما بعد الصدمة بدرجة متوسطة مع وجود أعراض إستعادة الخبرة الصادمة كالأفكار الإقتحامية، و أعراض التجنب التي جاءت على شكل تجنب الأماكن و الأحداثو الأشياء التي تذكره بالحدث الصادم، إضافة إلى أعراض الإستثارة التي تمثلت في القلق و التوترو التعرق المفرط عند ذكر الحدث الصادم، و تم تفسير هذا النتائج إنطلاقا من دراسات سابقة مماثلة للموضوع. This study aimed to identify the most common symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) among mine victims and to study the psychological aspect of this group. This was done through a clinical study applied to the case using a semi-structured clinical interview for research purposes, the Davidson Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder Scale, the Theme Apperception Test, and the Person Drawing Test. Our study found that adolescents exposed to a mine explosion suffer from moderate PTSD, with symptoms of reliving the traumatic experience, such as intrusive thoughts, and avoidance symptoms, which include avoiding places, events, and things that remind them of the traumatic event, in addition to arousal symptoms, which include anxiety, tension, and excessive sweating when the traumatic event is mentioned. These results were interpreted based on previous studies similar to this topic.
