الجهود النحوية في مؤلفات ابن رشد

Abstract

ترصد الدراسة الجهود النحوية التي قدمها ابن رشد، وذلك من خلال مؤلفاته النحوية وغير النحوية والتي تضمنت بعضا من آراءه النحوية والصرفية، من أجل ذلك جاءت الدراسة لتجيب عن الإشكالية: ما الجهود النحوية التي بذلها ابن رشد والقضايا التي عالجها؟ وما موقفه من أصول النحو؟ وركزت الدراسة على آراء ابن رشد النحوية والصرفية التي لها علاقة مباشرة وغير مباشرة بالدرس النحوي، وكذا مذهبه في طرحه لهذه الآراء، واعتمد في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن ابن رشد كان على اطلاع واسع بعلوم اللعة العربية وعلى معرفة بمصادرها القديمة، ومحيطا بكثير من الآراء الصرفية والنحوية، كما اعترض على النزعة الشكلية في النحو واستبدلها بالتركيب، وهو موقف أيدته الدراسات اللسانية الحديثة وتبناه البعض منها، فاتخذ " البنية " شعارا. كما دعا إلى الاستغناء عن دراسة الوحدات بدراسة " العلاقات" القائمة بين تلك الأجزاء. كما حصر ابن رشد الحرص على القياس في الفقه افراطهم، وحذر من التوسع فيه في النحو، لأن قواعده تبنى على الاستقراء, وانتقد ما ثبت في كتب النحو من قياس المجهول على المعلوم ولاحظ افراطهم في التعويل عليه. وحذا ابن رشد حذو ابن جني في الفصل بين نوعي القياس، فلم يعتمد على القياس اعتمادا كبيرا، ولم ينكره جملة في النحو وانما قيده بشروط وقلص من حضوره لحساب السماع متأثرا في موقفه هذا بثقافته الموسوعية وانفتاحه على اللغات والأنحاء المختلفة.

The study tracks the grammatical efforts made by Ibn Rushd through his grammatical and non-grammatical works, which include some of his views on grammar and morphology. The study aims to answer the question: What grammatical efforts did Ibn Rushd contribute, and what issues did he address? What was his stance on the principles of grammar? The study focused on Ibn Rushd’s grammatical and morphological views that are directly or indirectly related to grammar, as well as his approach to presenting these views. The descriptive method was used in this study. The study concluded that Ibn Rushd had a broad knowledge of the Arabic language sciences and was familiar with its ancient sources. He was well-versed in many grammatical and morphological opinions. He opposed the formalistic tendency in grammar and replaced it with a focus on structure, a position that modern linguistic studies have supported, with some adopting it as a principle. Ibn Rushd adopted "structure" as his motto. He also advocated for replacing the study of linguistic units with the study of the "relationships" between these parts. Ibn Rushd emphasized limiting the use of analogy in jurisprudence, warning against its excessive use in grammar, as its rules are based on induction. He criticized the application of analogy from the known to the unknown in grammar and noted the excessive reliance on it. Ibn Rushd followed Ibn Jinni in distinguishing between types of analogy. He did not rely heavily on analogy, nor did he completely reject it in grammar. Instead, he restricted it with conditions and reduced its presence in favor of relying on listening, influenced by his encyclopedic knowledge and his openness to various languages and dialects.

L’étude examine les efforts grammaticaux et morphologiques d’Ibn Rochd à travers ses œuvres grammaticales et non grammaticales, qui contiennent un ensemble de ses opinions linguistiques. Elle vise à répondre à la problématique suivante : quels sont les apports grammaticaux d’Ibn Rochd, quelles questions a-t-il abordées et quelle est sa position à l’égard des fondements de la grammaire ? L’étude s’est concentrée sur les opinions grammaticales et morphologiques d’Ibn Rochd ayant un lien direct ou indirect avec l’étude grammaticale, ainsi que sur sa méthode de présentation de ces opinions. Elle s’est appuyée sur la méthode descriptive. Les résultats de l’étude montrent qu’Ibn Rochd possédait une connaissance approfondie des sciences de la langue arabe et de leurs sources anciennes, et qu’il maîtrisait de nombreuses opinions grammaticales et morphologiques. Il s’est opposé à la tendance formaliste en grammaire et l’a remplacée par une approche fondée sur la structure, position soutenue par les études linguistiques modernes, dont certaines ont adopté la notion de « structure » comme principe central. Il a également appelé à abandonner l’étude des unités isolées au profit de l’étude des relations existant entre leurs composantes. Ibn Rochd a critiqué l’excès de recours à l’analogie (qiyâs) en grammaire, estimant que ses règles doivent être fondées sur l’induction et l’usage linguistique attesté. Il a aussi dénoncé le recours excessif à l’analogie de l’inconnu sur le connu dans les ouvrages grammaticaux. À l’instar d’Ibn Jinnî, Ibn Rochd a distingué deux types d’analogie : il ne l’a ni adoptée de manière absolue ni totalement rejetée, mais l’a soumise à des conditions strictes et a réduit son importance au profit de l’écoute et de l’attestation linguistique, sous l’influence de sa culture encyclopédique et de son ouverture aux langues et aux méthodes diverses.
