إجراءات السلامة المهنية ودورها في حماية العامل من المخاطر المهنية دراســـــــة ميدانية بالمديريــــــــة الجهويـــــــة – حوض بركاوي – (سوناطراك) ورقلة

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة، المعنونة بـ "إجراءات السلامة المهنية ودورها في حماية العامل من المخاطر المهنية"، إلى تسليط الضوء على تطبيق إجراءات السلامة المهنية ودورها في حماية العامل من المخاطر المهنية بالمديرية الجهوية لحوض بركاوي - سوناطراك بمدينة ورقلة، وذلك خلال الموسم الجامعي 2024/2025. وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الميداني نظرا لطبيعة الموضوع وأهمية فهم أبعاده بشكل مباشر وواقعي. تم استخدام استمارة استبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات، حيث طُبقت على عينة مكونة من 30 عاملا بالمركز. كما تم دعم البيانات بالملاحظة المباشرة. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن لإجراءات السلامة المهنية دورا مهما في الحد من المخاطر المهنية الناتجة عن عدم الالتزام بقواعد السلامة، وذلك من خلال النتائج التالية:  أظهرت النتائج أن الالتزام بالتعليمات والإرشادات يمثل عاملا أساسيا لضمان السلامة المهنية للعاملين، إذ أن التقيد بها يسهم بشكل كبير في تقليل المخاطر داخل بيئة العمل.  كما تبين أن الالتزام باستخدام معدات الوقاية الفردية يشكل حاجزا فعالا ضد الإصابات المحتملة، حيث إن عدم استخدامها أو استخدامها بطريقة غير صحيحة قد يؤدي إلى تعريض العامل لمخاطر جسيمة.  بالإضافة إلى ذلك، فإن الصيانة الدورية للمعدات والآلات تعد ضرورية لحماية العامل، لأنها تساعد في تجنب الأعطال المفاجئة التي قد تسبب الحوادث. فالحفاظ على المعدات في حالة جيدة يسهم في خلق بيئة عمل آمنة وفعالة.

This study, entitled "Occupational Safety Procedures and Their Role in Protecting Workers from Occupational Hazards," aimed to examine the implementation of occupational safety measures at the Regional Directorate of the Basin Berkaoui– Sonatrach in the city of Ouargla. during the 2024/2025 academic year. A field research approach was adopted, given the nature of the topic and the importance of directly observing and understanding its key aspects. A structured questionnaire was employed as the primary data collection instrument, administered to a sample of 30 workers at the center. Additionally, direct observation was utilized to supplement the data. The findings indicated that occupational safety procedures play a crucial role in mitigating and preventing risks associated with non-compliance with safety standards. The key findings are summarized as follows: _The results demonstrated that compliance with safety instructions and operational guidelines is a fundamental element in ensuring occupational safety. Proper adherence significantly contributes to the reduction of workplace hazards. _The consistent and correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) was found to be a critical protective factor against potential injuries. Neglecting or misusing PPE can substantially increase the risk of workplace incidents. _Moreover, routine maintenance of machinery and equipment is essential for safeguarding workers, as it helps prevent unexpected malfunctions that may lead to serious accidents. Maintaining equipment in optimal condition contributes to a safe and productive working environment.
