مفــــهوم الفلســــــفة الحيــــوية ميش*يل فوكو أنموذجا

Abstract

ظهر مصطلح السياسة الحيوية في مؤلفات فوكو، والذي يعني به أن كل ما يخص الإنسان خاضع للسلطة التي يقصد بها الطريقة المستعملة لعقلنة المسائل المطروحة على الممارسة الحكومية والمتعلقة بالظواهر الخاصة بالأحياء وما يتعلق بهم فالسياسة تهتم بالسكان وما يرافقهم من الصحة، ونسبة المواليد وطول العمر، وهذه المسائل عُدت مواضيع رهان سياسي واقتصادي إلى اليوم. فاهتمت السياسة الحيوية بالإنسان ككل لا كفرد آو كشخص معين، لتوجه الإنسان نحو الحياة واستثمارها لا إلى الموت، على العكس من الماضي القديم فقد كانت السياسة باسم الحاكم تمارس للإماتة وقتل الناس باسم القانون فحلت السياسة الحيوية محل السياسة القديمة لمراقبة الفرد وإدارة حياته. كما اهتم ميشال فوكو بعلاقة السلطة بالمعرفة والأخلاق،حيث يعتبر أن المعرفة والسلطة مرتبطتان حيث يمكن استخدام المعرفة كوسيلة للسلطة ،وشدد على أهمية الحرية الفردية والمسؤولية الشخصية.

The term "biopolitics" appeared in the thought of Foucault, which means that everything related to the human being is subject to governance. This refers to the rational methods applied to governmental practices concerning individual phenomena such as birth rates, what is published in the press, hygiene, longevity, and age. These issues are no longer just political or economic topics today. They are considered vital political .matters In the past, the individual had no political value, whereas today, biopolitics aims to direct the individual toward life and invest in it -not toward death. Biopolitical policies have replaced ancient sovereign power, which ruled by execution and killed people in the name of .the law.

Michel Foucault was also interested in the relationship of power with knowledge and morality, as he considered that knowledge and power are linked, as knowledge can be used as a means of power, and he stressed the importance of individual freedom and personal responsibility.
