Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن فاعلية برنامج تدريبي مدمج في الوسط المائي (السباحة) وركوب الخيل في تحسين مهارات التواصل غير اللفظي لدى أطفال يعانون من اضطراب طيف التوحد بدرجة متوسطة، تتراوح أعمارهم بين 6 و12 سنة. وقد انطلقت الدراسة من ملاحظة قصور واضح في مهارات التواصل غير اللفظي لدى هذه الفئة، مما يحدّ من تفاعلهم الاجتماعي ويضعف تكيفهم مع البيئة المحيطة، الأمر الذي يتطلب تدخلات بديلة ومبتكرة قائمة على الأنشطة الحركية ذات الطابع العلاجي. اُعتمد المنهج شبه التجريبي بتصميم مجموعة واحدة ذات قياسين (قبلي–بعدي) لقياس مدى تأثير البرنامج التدريبي. وتم تنفيذ الدراسة ميدانيًا بالمركز النفسي البيداغوجي للأطفال المعاقين ذهنيًا وروضة "ماريو كيدز" بولاية ورقلة، حيث شملت العينة ستة (06) أطفال من ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد بدرجة متوسطة (4 ذكور و2 إناث) تم استخدام مقياس للتواصل غير اللفظي لتحديد مستوى المهارات المستهدفة قبل وبعد تطبيق البرنامج، الذي تضمن أنشطة مدمجة في السباحة وركوب الخيل، نُفذ على مدى فترة زمنية محددة ضمن بيئة موجهة تربويًا. أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق دالة إحصائيًا بين القياسين القبلي والبعدي لصالح القياس البعدي، مما يدل على فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي المقترح في تحسين مهارات التواصل غير اللفظي لدى أفراد العينة. This study aims to reveal the effectiveness of a training program integrated into the aquatic environment (swimming) and horse riding in improving non-verbal communication skills in children with moderate autism spectrum disorder, between the ages of 6 and 12 years. The study was based on the observation of a clear deficiency in the non-verbal communication skills of this group, which limits their social interaction and weakens their adaptation to the surrounding environment, which requires alternative and innovative interventions based on motor activities of a therapeutic nature. The quasi-experimental approach was adopted by designing one group with two measurements (pre– post) to measure the extent of the impact of the training program. The study was carried out in the field at the Psycho-Pedagogical Center for Intellectually Disabled Children and the "Mario Kids" Kindergarten in Ouargla Province, where the sample included six (06) children with moderate autism spectrum disorder (4 males and 2 females) A nonverbal communication scale was used to determine the target skill level before and after implementing the program, which included activities integrated into swimming and horse riding, carried out over a specific period of time within an educationally oriented environment. The results show that there are statistically significant differences between the pre - and post-measurements in favor of the post-measurement, demonstrating the effectiveness of the proposed training program in improving the sample members' nonverbal communication skills.
