Abstract

تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن مدى تأثر الذاكرة والوظائف المعرفية لدى المصابين بورم دماغي سرطاني، والكشف عن العجز المعرفي البؤري باستخدام بطارية التقييم المعرفي B.E.C96. تنطلق الدراسة من إشكالية تتجلى في التساؤل حول وجود اضطرابات في الذاكرة والوظائف المعرفية لدى هذه الفئة من المصابين، وقدرة البطارية على تحديدها بدقة. اعتمد البحث على المنهج الإكلينيكي العصبي وتم تطبيقه على عينة قصدية مكونة من ثلاث حالات سريرية مشخصة بورم دماغي سرطاني، حيث خضعت جميع الحالات لتقييم شامل للأداء المعرفي باستعمال المقابلة والميزانية النفسو-عصبية. أشارت النتائج إلى وجود اضطرابات واضحة في الذاكرة إلى جانب ضعف وظيفي معرفي بؤري، وتختلف شدة ونمط هذه الاضطرابات باختلاف موقع الورم ودرجة انتشاره، مما يؤكد فعالية البطارية كأداة تشخيصية تسهم في توجيه التدخل الأورطوفوني مستقبلاThis study aims to investigate the extent to which memory and cognitive functions are affected in patients diagnosed with malignant brain tumors, and to assess the presence of focal cognitive impairment using the B.E.C.96 Cognitive Assessment Battery. The research is driven by the question of whether these patients present significant memory and cognitive dysfunctions and whether the assessment tool is capable of identifying them accurately. Adopting a neuroclinical approach, the study was conducted on a purposive sample of three clinical cases diagnosed with malignant brain tumors, all of whom underwent a comprehensive cognitive performance evaluation through a clinical interview and a neuropsychological profile. The findings revealed notable memory disturbances alongside focal cognitive deficits, with the severity and pattern of these impairments varying according to the tumor’s location and degree of spread. These results highlight the diagnostic relevance of the B.E.C.96 battery and its potential to guide future speech-language therapeutic interventions.
