الإضطرابات المعرفية (الإنتباه الانتقائي ،الذاكرة العاملة) و الأداء الحركي لدى مرضى الباركنسون

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن تدهور الإضطرابات المعرفية، تحديدا في الإنتباه الإنتقائي والذاكرة العاملة، والأداء الحركي لدى مرضى الباركنسون أثناء تطور مراحل المرض من أجل فهم أعمق لتأثيرات المرض على القدرات المعرفية والحركية وقد أُجريت الدراسة على عينة قصدية مكونة من مرضى الباركنسون، تراوحت أعمارهم بين 50 و75 سنة، من كلا الجنسين إستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي بأسلوب دراسة حالة ، مع الإعتماد على أدوات مقننة مثل إختبار ستروب للإنتباه الإنتقائي ،و إختبار بادلي للذاكرة العاملة، و إختبار الأداء الحركي، وأسفرت النتائج عن وجود ضعف ملحوظ في الإنتباه الإنتقائي وقصور في الذاكرة العاملة لدى المرضى، كما أكدت أن كلما تدهورت الوظائف المعرفية تراجع الأداء الحركي حيث تبين أن شدة الإضطرابات المعرفية تساهم في زيادة حدة الأعراض الحركية كما كشفت النتائج أن التقدم في السن وطول مدة الإصابة يؤثران سلبًا على الجانبين المعرفي والحركي معا.This study aimed to investigate the deterioration of cognitive impairments specifically selective attention and working memory and motor performance in patients with Parkinson’s disease as the disease progresses, in order to gain a deeper understanding of its impact on both cognitive and motor abilities. The study was conducted on a purposive semple of Parkinson’s patients, aged between 50 and 75 years, from both genders, It employed a descriptive methodology using a case study approach and relied on standardized tools such as the Stroop Test for selective attention, Baddeley’s test for working memory, and a motor performance assessment. The résulte revealed a notice able decline in selective attention and significant deficits in working memory among the patients, Furthermore, the findings confirmed that as cognitive functions deteriorate, motor performance also declines, indicating that the severity of cognitive impairments contributes to the intensification of motor symptoms, The results also showed that aging and longer duration of the disease have a negative impact on both cognitive and motor functions.
