دراسة تقييمية للخصائص الصوتية الفيزيائية لدى مرضى الباركنسون (دراسة ميدانية بالمستشفى العمومي سليمان عميرات تقرت)

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة الى تقييم الخصائص الصوتية الفيزيائية لدى المصابين بمرض الباركنسون، نظرا للأهمية الكبيرة التي يشغلها الصوت في حياتنا، كونه الوسيلة اللغوية التي تمكننا من التواصل فيما بيننا. ولتحقيق غرض الدراسة الحالية تم استخلاص المؤشرات المناسبة التي تسمح بتحديد الخصائص الصوتية الفيزيائية لكلام الشخص المصاب بالباركنسون، ومن بين هذه المؤشرات نجد التردد الأساسي، الشدة، البواني الصوتية، المدة الزمنية القصوى للتصويت، الجيتر (Jitter) الذي يمثل درجة اهتزاز الأوتار الصوتية، الشيمر (Shimmer) الذي يمثل قياس درجة اضطراب شدة الصوت وHNR الذي يمثل درجة تأثير الضجيج على النغمات. تم الاعتماد في هذه الدراسة على برمجية (Praat) للتحليل الفيزيائي للأصوات، والاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي بأسلوب دراسة حالة، حيث تم تطبيق البرمجية(برات) على عينة متكونة من ثلاث حالات مختلفة الجنس (رجلين وامرأة) مصابين بمرض الباركنسون. تم تسجيل صوتهم تحت الطلب منهم بنطق مدونة "السلام عليكم" كون حروفها متنوعة بين المجهورة والمهموسة، وذلك للكشف عن جميع الصعوبات والمشاكل الصوتية التي تعاني منها كل حالة، وكانت النتائج كالتالي: *انخفاض مستوى خاصيتي الجرس والارتفاع بالنسبة لجميع حالات الدراسة مقارنة بالقيم المرجعية لها. *انخفاض مستوى خاصية الشدة بالنسبة لحالة واحدة، أما الحالات المتبقية فسجلت قيم معتدلة مقارنة بالقيمة المرجعية للشدة. This study aimed to evaluate the physical vocal characteristics of people with Parkinson’s disease, given the great importance of voice in our lives. To achieve the purpose of the current study, appropriate indicators were extracted to determine the physical vocal characteristics of the speech of people with Parkinson’s disaese. Among these indicators were fundamental frequency, intensity, vocal timbre, maximum voicing duration, Jitter, which represents the degree of vibration of the vocal cords, Shimmer, which measures the degree of disturbance in the sound intensity, and HNR, which represents the degree of noise effect on tones. This study relied on the Praat software for the physical analysis of voices, and relied on the methodology using a case study methode.The Praat software applied to a sample consisting of three different cases: two man and woman with Parkinson’s disease. Their voices were recorded upon request to pronounce the phrase « Peace be upon you », as its letters vary between voiced and unvoiced. This was done to reveal all the vocal difficulties and problems each case suffers from. The results were as follows: *A decrease in the level of timbre and pitch characteristics for all study cases compared to their reference values. *One case had a low level of severity, while the remaining cases recorded moderate values compared to the reference value of seventy.
