الكشف عن اضطرابات التواصل لدى مرضى الزهايمر ( دراسة ميدانية ل 03 حالات المقارين- تقرت)

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن اضطرابات اللغة الشفهية لدى مرضى الزهايمر، من خلال تحليل عينة من خطابات ثلاثة من المرضى. وقد تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي كإطار منهجي، إلى جانب توظيف شبكة تحليل الخطاب لنواني حسين كأداة تحليل رئيسية تهدف إلى الكشف عن الاضطرابات على مستوى الانتاج الشفهي. وقد أظهرت نتائج التحليل صدق الفرضيات المطروحة، حيث لوحظ وجود اضطرابات على مستوى تحليل البنيات اللسانية والذي تمثل في عدم قدرة المفحوصين على تركيب جمل بسيطة، وتصريف الأفعال في كل الأزمنة، وكذ عدم قدرتهم على السرد فاقتصر الخطاب على حوار بسيط قائم على سؤال وجواب ، ولوحظ كذلك وجود اضطرابات على المستوى الثاني والمتمثل في تحليل المحتوى في عدم قدرة المفحوصين على الحفاظ على الموضوع وكذا غياب العوائد بشكل تام و الأصناف، ووجدنا كذلك قصور كبير في قدرة المفحوصين في استخدام النوع والعوائد، ومن خلال نتائجنا كذلك وجد أن هناك اضطراب على مستوى الفعالية اللغوية حيث انحصرت تفاعلات الحالات في ردود أفعال بسيطة اعتباطية كالحيرة والدهشة وبعض الحركات الغريبة. وتؤكد الدراسة في ختامها على اهمية التدخل المبكر والمتابعة اللغوية في إطار الرعاية الشاملة لمرضى الزهايمر.

This study aims to investigate oral language disorders in Alzheimer’s patients by analyzing a sample of speeches from three individuals diagnosed with the disease. The descriptive method was adopted as the research framework, alongside the use of Nouwani Hussein’s discourse analysis grid as the primary tool to identify impairments in oral production. The findings confirmed the proposed hypotheses, revealing significant disruptions at the linguistic structures level. These were manifested in the participants’ inability to construct simple sentences, to conjugate verbs across all tenses, and to engage in narrative discourse, with their speech being reduced to basic question–answer exchanges. At the content analysis level, patients were unable to maintain a coherent topic, with a complete absence of references and categories, and showed marked deficits in their use of types and referents. Furthermore, the results highlighted impairments in linguistic efficiency, as interactions were limited to simple, arbitrary reactions such as confusion, astonishment, and unusual gestures. The study concludes by emphasizing the importance of early intervention and continuous language monitoring as part of the comprehensive care for Alzheimer’s patients.
