المهارات الحياتية وعلاقتها بالتوافق المهني لدى متربصات التكوين المهني بمدينة ورقلة دراسة ميدانية على عينة من متربصات التكوين المهني بمدينة ورقلة

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية الى اكتشاف العلاقة بين المهارات الحياتية والتوافق المهني لدى متربصات التكوين المهني بمدينة ورقلة، ومن أجل جمع بيانات هذه الدراسة إتبعت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي ، وذلك بالاعتماد على استبيان يوضح المهارات الحياتية وقد تم تبنيه من الباحث "رابح مدور"(2022)، واستبيان التوافق المهني الذي تم تبنيه من الباحثة "شموري كاميليا" (2017) مع تكييفه حسب طبيعة عينة الدراسة التي تكونت من 160 متربصة، حيث تم تطبيق هذه الدراسة ببعض مراكز التكوين المهني والتمهين بمدينة ورقلة خلال شهر أفريل 2025، وبعد جمع البيانات تمت المعالجة باستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية :معامل الارتباط بيرسون، اختبار "ت" لعينة واحدة، تحليل التباين الأحادي، وذلك باستخدام الحزمة الاحصائية spss. وقد توصلت الباحثة إلى النتائج التالية: 1) مستوى المهارات الحياتية لدى متربصات التكوين المهني بمدينة ورقلة منخفض 2) مستوى التوافق المهني لدى متربصات التكوين المهني بمدينة ورقلة مرتفع 3) توجد علاقة ضعيفة سالبة غير احصائيا بين المهارات الحياتية والتوافق المهني لدى متربصات التكوين المهني بمدينة ورقلة. 4) لا توجد فروق دالة احصائيا في مستوى المهارات الحياتية لدى متربصات التكوين المهني بمدينة ورقلة باختلاف المستوى الدراسي(ابتدائي- متوسط-ثانوي- جامعي). 5) لا توجد فروق دالة احصائيا في مستوى التوافق المهني لدى متربصات التكوين المهني بمدينة ورقلة باختلاف المستوى الدراسي(ابتدائي- متوسط-ثانوي- جامعي). The current study aimed to explore the relationship between life skills and professional compatibility among female vocational training trainees in Ouargla. In order to collect data for this study, the researcher followed the descriptive-correlational method, by relying on a questionnaire explaining life skills, which was adopted from the researcher "Rabih Madour" (2022), and the questionnaire that was adopted from the researcher "Rabih Madour" (2022). And the professional compatibility questionnaire that was adopted from the researcher "Shamouri Camelia" (2017) with its adaptation to the nature of the study sample, which consisted of 160 trainees, as this study was applied in some vocational and vocational training centers in Ouargla during the month of April 2025, and after data collection was processed using statistical methods: Pearson correlation coefficient, one-sample t-test, univariate analysis of variance, using the spss statistical package. The researcher reached the following results: 1) The level of life skills among vocational training trainees in Ouargla is low 2) The level of occupational compatibility among vocational training trainees in Ouargla is high. 3) There is no statistically significant relationship between life skills and occupational compatibility among vocational training trainees in Ouargla. 4) There are no statistically significant differences in the level of life skills among vocational training trainees in Ouargla according to the level of education (elementary, middle, high school and university). 5) There are no statistically significant differences in the level of occupational compatibility among vocational training trainees in Ouargla city according to the level of education (primary, intermediate, secondary and university).
