أسباب مظاهر العنف في نهاية السنة الدراسية لدى تلاميذ التعليم المتوسط من وجهة نظر التلاميذ وهيئة التأطير التربوي والاداري. دراسة وصفية استكشافية في بعض متوسطات مدينة ورقلة

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على أسباب ومظاهر العنف المدرسي في نهاية السنة الدراسية، لدى تلاميذ مرحلة التعليم المتوسط في مدينة ورقلة، كما سعت إلى الكشف عن الفروق في مظاهر وأسباب هذا العنف تبعًا لمتغيرات الجنس، المستوى الدراسي، السنة الدراسية، وحالة التكرار (معيد/غير معيد). وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الاستكشافي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من تلاميذ التعليم المتوسط وبعض أفراد الهيئة التربوية من مستشارين تربويين، أساتذة، ومراقبين، تم اختيارهم من عدد من متوسطات مدينة ورقلة. حيث تم بناء أداتين من طرف الطالبتين للدراسة تكونت الأداتين الاستبيان الأول موجّه للتلاميذ، والاستبيان الثاني مخصّص لأفراد الهيئة التربوية، وقد تضمّن الاستبيان التربوي أيضًا متغير الجنس، أسباب مظاهر العنف في نهاية السنة الدراسية وتم تطبيقه على عينة مكونة من التلاميذ التعليم المتوسط و مستشاري والأساتذة والمراقبين ثم اختيارهم بطريقة قصدية من متوسطات ورقلة باستخدام منهج وصفي استكشافي وكان من نتائج الدراسة نتائج الأبعاد الخاصة بالاستبيان الموجه للهيئة التربوية يرون أفراد طقم التربوي أسباب متعلقة بخصائص الشخصي و أسباب الأسري للتلاميذ تلعب دورًا كبيرًا في ظهور العنف أكثر من أسباب الأخرى على عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تصورات أفراد الطاقم التربوي حول أسباب مظاهر العنف المدرسي في نهاية السنة الدراسية باختلاف فئتهم الوظيفية (مستشار، أستاذ، مراقب) لاستبيان الموجه للتلاميذ يشير إلى أن التلاميذ يرون أن الأسباب المدرسية والشخصية هي الأكثر تأثيرًا، مع تحفظهم وعدم تأكدهم من هذا التأثير على عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تصورات التلاميذ حول أسباب مظاهر العنف المدرسي في نهاية السنة الدراسية باختلاف جنسهم (ذكور، إناث).

The present study aimed to identify the causes and manifestations of school violence at the end of the academic year among middle school students in the city of Ouargla. It also sought to uncover differences in the causes and manifestations of this violence based on gender, academic level, school year, and repetition status (repeating/non-repeating students). The exploratory descriptive method was used, and the study sample consisted of middle school students and members of the educational staff, including educational advisors, teachers, and supervisors, selected from several middle schools in Ouargla. Two instruments were developed by the researchers: the first questionnaire was addressed to students, and the second to educational staff. The educational staff questionnaire also included the gender variable, causes, and manifestations of violence at the end of the school year. The tools were applied to a randomly selected sample from middle schools in Ouargla. The results of the questionnaire directed to educational staff indicated that they perceive personal and family-related factors as playing a major role in the emergence of violence, more than other factors. Furthermore, there were no statistically significant differences in the staff's perceptions of the causes and manifestations of school violence at the end of the academic year based on their job category (advisor, teacher, supervisor). On the other hand, the student questionnaire results showed that students view school-related and personal factors as the most influential causes, although they expressed some uncertainty regarding this influence. Similarly, no statistically significant differences were found in students’ perceptions of the causes and manifestations of school violence at the end of the academic year based on gender (male, female).
