فاعلية برنامج تدريبي مبني على مهارات التعلم النشط في رفع الأداء التدريسي لدى معلمي الأطفال المعاقين بصريا بورقلة

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن مدى تأثير برنامج تدريبي مبني على مهارات التعلم النشط في الرفع من مهارات(التخطيط-التنفيذ-التقويم) لدى معلمي الأطفال المعاقين بصريا بمدرسة المعاقين سمعيا قبايلي محمد الصافي بورقلة، بحيث بلغت عينة الدراسة 07 معلمين، وباستخدام شبكة الملاحظة من إعداد الشمري وزعت كأداة لجمع بيانات الدراسة، وبالاعتماد على المنهج التجريبي الذي بتصميم المجموعة الواحدة وبعد التحليل بالقياس القبلي والبعدي، توصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها- 1 – توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين القياسين القبلي والبعدي في الأداء التدريسي. 2 -توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين القياسين القبلي والبعدي في مهارة التخطيط. 3-توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين القياسين القبلي والبعدي في مهارة التنفيذ. 4-توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين القياسين متوسطي القبلي والبعدي في مهارة التنفيذ.

The current study aimed to reveal the extent of the impact of a training program based on active learning skills in raising the skills of (planning-implementation-evaluation) among teachers of visually impaired children at the school for the hearing impaired Kabyle Mohamed Al-Safi in Ouargla, so that the study sample reached 7 teachers, and using the observation network prepared by Al-Shammari, distributed as a tool to collect study data, and relying on the experimental methodYthatBy group designAfter analyzing the pre- and post-measurement, the study reached a number of results, the most important of which are:- 1-There are statistically significant differences between the pre- and post-measurements in teaching performance. 2- There are statistically significant differences between the pre- and post-measurements in planning skills. 3-There are statistically significant differences between the pre- and post-measurements in implementation skill. 4-There are statistically significant differences between the pre- and post-average measurements in implementation skill.
