Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن محاولة الكشف عن طبيعة التمثلات المهنية المستقبلية لدى طلبة الطب بكلية الطب جامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة ، من خلال دراسة ميدانية أجريت على عينة من طلبة جامعة قاصدي مرباح – ورقلة. تمحورت اشكالي الدراسة في: ماهي تمثلات طلبة الطب بجامعة قاصدي مرباح -ورقلة-للحياة التكوينية والمهنية للطبيب في الجزائر؟ توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج مهمة، أبرزها أن اختيار الطلبة لمهنة الطب وتصورهم لمسارها المهني والتكويني يتشكل في تفاعل معقد بين محددات اجتماعية واقتصادية وثقافية، حيث تؤثر البيئة العائلية والوضع الاقتصادي والرمزية المجتمعية للمهنة بشكل مترابط، لكن هذا التصور المثالي يتعرض لإعادة تشكيل خلال التكوين الميداني، الذي يكشف لهم الفجوة بين صورة الطبيب كمكانة ورمز، وواقع المهنة كما يُعاش ميدانيًا، ما يدفع بعضهم إلى التفكير في الهجرة أو إعادة تقييم اختياراتهم المهنية. في النهاية، أكدت الدراسة على أن تصور الطلبة لمهنة الطب لا يتحدد مسبقًا، بل يتشكل تدريجيًا من خلال التفاعل مع التجربة الحياتية والمهنية، ويتأثر بالوسط الأسري والاجتماعي، بالتمثلات الثقافية، وبالواقع العملي الذي يواجهونه. وهذا ما يجعل فهم دوافع الطلبة وتصوراتهم عملية معقدة، تتطلب أخذ عدة أبعاد متداخلة بعين الاعتبار.

The study aimed to uncover the nature of future professional representations among medical students at the Faculty of Medicine, Kasdi Merbah University, Ouargla, through a field study conducted on a sample of students from the University of Kasdi Merbah, Ouargla. The study focused on: What are the representations of medical students at the University of Kasdi Merbah, Ouargla, regarding the educational and professional life of a doctor in Algeria? The study reached several important results, most notably that students' choice of the medical profession and their perception of its professional and educational path are shaped by a complex interaction between social, economic, and cultural determinants. The family environment, economic status, and societal symbolism of the profession all influence this interconnectedness. However, this idealized perception is subject to reshaping during field training, which reveals the gap between the image of the doctor as a status and symbol, and the reality of the profession as experienced in the field. This leads some to consider emigrating or reevaluating their professional choices. Ultimately, the study confirmed that students' perceptions of the medical profession are not predetermined, but rather are gradually shaped through interaction with life and professional experience, and are influenced by their family and social environment, cultural representations, and the practical reality they encounter. This makes understanding students' motivations and perceptions a complex process, requiring consideration of several interconnected dimensions.
