dc.description.abstractThe art of the Qur'an is, if we may say so, one of the most important subjects in the field of Islamic antiquities in general and decorative arts in particular, as it is the first building block and fundamental basis on which the student of arts book must focus on . Although it remains a secondary subject that has not received much attention from researchers, the Holy Qur'an has been the subject of great interest and care in Islamic civilization from the part of princes, caliphs, craftsmen and the general public, given its religious value and their consideration of it as one of the means of practicing their religion. They excelled in decorating, gilding and binding it, using various materials such as parchment, paper and golden_US
